We hope you had a wonderful Fall Break! The next few weeks are busy as we plan for the upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences and our Winter Celebrations in December.
Our November Parent Teacher Conferences will take place Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28. Please see below for booking instructions and times. These meetings are an important component of our reporting process to parents/guardians. The November conference is an opportunity for teachers to share learning progress with families. Parents and guardians will book their 15-minute conference time on-line using their MyCBE, and the conference site will open to families to begin booking conferences on Thursday, November 20 at 6:00pm (please see below for further instructions). Once the conference is booked, you should receive an email within 24 hours confirming the scheduled interview time.

PARENT CONFERENCES
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held from 8am-7:30pm for Kindergarten on November 27, 3:30pm-7:30pm for Grade 1-5 and November 28 8am-12pm for Kindergarten to Grade 5. LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found is overflowing. Is your student missing an item, have them check the lost and found. Remember to label all items as we do check weekly for names and return those labelled. All remaining lost and found will be donated when we break for our Winter Break on December 19 at noon.
2025-2026 YEARBOOKS
Yearbooks can now be purchased for the 2025-2026 school year through your MyCBE account. These are optional fees and you must add to your cart then paid. Yearbooks purchased now will be delivered in June 2026.

SCHOOL COUNCIL
We had to postpone our AGM in October. It is now scheduled for November 19 at 6:30pm at the school. Everyone is welcome to attend.
This is an important night as we will dissolve our current School Council and Fundraising Association and re-elect new members.
Are you wanting a say to the types of Fundraisers we do, or how we are spending the money? We are a small group of parents who care a lot about our children's education and would love to hear from you.

Fun Lunch- Upcoming Treat Day is November 20!
To order, visit www.healthyhunger.ca and create your account. The last day to place your order is 6 days before the event. This is one of our ongoing fundraisers and the money raised goes right back into the school.
