Even though most of our schools offer a regular program, no two are quite the same. All schools teach according to Alberta Education’s mandated curriculum, however a school’s focus, optional courses and school activities are as unique as every school.​​​

At Copperfield, we strive to personalize learning. Learning strategies are differentiated and designed to honour individual student needs. In addition, a “School Learning Team” exists to work with teachers and parents in this regard. The SLT includes the principal, the assistant principal, diversity teacher, classroom teacher, Area V strategists, nurses and other specialists as required.

Any questions parents have regarding their child’s learning should first be directed to the classroom teacher. When necessary, follow-up meetings can be arranged with the teacher, parent, SLT and/or an administrator by calling 403-817-3512 then dialing 0.
