Update
We look forward to another great week of learning at Copperfield School. We know it is important for parents/guardians to understand how students are doing in school. The report card is one component in communicating student learning. Parents/Guardians of students in grade K-5 at Copperfield School will have access to view student report cards starting January 30, 2024 through their MyCBE/PowerSchool Accounts. For instructions on how to view student report cards on-line please visit Accessing the On-line Report Card. If you require support to view the report card please contact the main office, and if you have questions regarding the report card please contact your child’s classroom teacher.
This year Kindergarten teachers will report progress to parents/legal guardians both in January and June reporting periods. The January report card will reflect progress in ELA and Math, and the June report card will report on progress in all subject discipline areas.
Thank you to our dedicated volunteers who helped to organize the Fun Lunch last week. We have seen volunteers support in classrooms and the Fun Lunch was a success because of our well-organized volunteer teams. Thank you for your incredible dedication and time.
Copperfield has heart!
Sincerely,
Mike Magowan
Recorders (Grade 3, 4 & 5 only) - Order date extended
This year the recorder unit will begin in February for all students in Grades 3, 4 and 5. The school has a limited number of loaner recorders however they would only be used during class time. We recommend each student order a recorder if they do not already own one. Cost of the recorder and music book will be $10.00, payable through your MyCBE account.
1. Click on Student Fees and Service Registration
2. Select School based optional fees
3. Add Recorder to cart
4. Pay for fee
All ordering for recorders must be in and paid for prior to Wednesday January 31. 2024, to ensure your child has a recorder for February.
The book that comes with the fee will stay at home for practicing and the recorder is to 'live in your backpack'.
