Dear Copperfield Families,
It has been another great week of learning at Copperfield School. A HUGE thank you to our wonderful School Council for funding our Trickster Residency and to all of the volunteers who helped make it such a success! We would also like to thank the volunteers who helped pass out the Fun Treats and helped supervise on our field trips this week. We appreciate you!
Another thanks to our School Council for funding our second round of Alien in-Line Skating with Grade 3 to 5 students next week.
With June around the corner, we know that the last month of the school year is always busy. We will be hosting our 2026/2027 Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday, June 11 at 6:15pm. Plans are underway for our annual Sports/Activity Day on Monday, June 22 for our Grade 1 – 5 students. Kindergarten students will enjoy their Sports/Activity Day on Fridays, June 12 for the PM class and June 19 for the AM class. We will also be hosting our Grade 5 Farewell Celebration on Thursday, June 25 at 1:45pm.
We would also like to share one last reminder families to please review your MyCBE Account for any outstanding fees. The account balances remaining are for goods and services including noon supervision and student supplies, and we are encouraging families to settle their accounts in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support!
Copperfield has heart!
Warm regards,
Colette Pedde Allyson Heggie
Principal Assistant Principal
