Principal’s Message
We hope you are enjoying a wonderful start to fall! As we embrace the changing seasons, we are also finding meaningful ways to weave our school values into everyday tea ching and learning.
This year, classes at Copperfield School will explore Indigenous Education through lessons that focus on character, values, and teachings associated with animals and other meaningful symbols. These learning experiences will encourage students to reflect on how these teachings can guide their choices, strengthen their relationships, and contribute to a caring and connected school community.
Each month, students will have opportunities to demonstrate the featured character traits and values in their daily interactions. Classroom teachers may recognize students with an award when they observe them putting these qualities into practice.
